At Kunskapskontoret, we offer UGL training for those who want to develop as a leader and understand group dynamics at a deeper level. UGL stands for "Utveckling av grupp och ledare" and is one of Sweden's most established training programs in leadership and group development. Since 1981, UGL has helped thousands of managers and employees to become more effective in their leadership and to create better functioning teams. But what is UGL really, and why is it a training that so many companies and organizations choose?
What is a UGL training course?
The UGL training that we at Kunskapskontoret offer is a five-day intensive course that is conducted in boarding school form. It is aimed at those who want to strengthen their personal leadership and gain deeper insights into how group processes work. During the course, you will work in a small group, with between 8 and 12 participants, creating a safe environment where you can explore and develop your skills. Our certified facilitators, approved by the Swedish National Defense College, help you understand and manage the challenges that naturally arise in a group dynamic.
What is UGL training for us at the Knowledge Office? It is an opportunity for you to grow as a leader, improve your communication skills and learn more about conflict management and group decision-making. We make sure you have a unique and memorable experience that you can take with you in your professional life.
