How the education benefits you

Basic Leadership is the course where we explore what leadership really means and how you can develop both yourself and your employees. During the course, you will gain insight into your own leadership style and learn how to adapt it to different situations to become a more effective leader.

The course provides you with knowledge about communication, group development, conflict management and, through a number of self-tests, an increased insight into your own leadership style. The programme is very much based on experiential learning and consequently includes many practical exercises.

This course is designed to provide you with practical tools and insights that you can directly apply in your leadership. Whether you are new to a leadership role or want to deepen your knowledge, Basic Leadership will give you a solid foundation to stand on
