Operating permit – employer's responsibility

According to current regulations, the employer is obliged to issue a written operating permit for anyone who will operate a truck, overhead crane, or lift.

If the personnel is hired, the responsibility applies to both the hiring company (e.g., a staffing company) and the client – both parties must issue their own operating permits.
