As a manager or safety representative, you play a crucial role in the work environment. Better work environment for managers & safety representatives gives you an understanding of legal requirements, responsibilities and practical tools to create a safe work environment where both well-being and productivity increase.

Through theory and practical exercises, you will gain insight into systematic work environment management (SAM) and how to identify, prevent and address work environment risks – both physical and psychosocial.
