Safe lifting & safe load coupling training is crucial to reduce both sick leave and material damage. With the right training, risks are reduced - not only for yourself, but for the whole workplace.

In this course, you will receive concrete tools to work safely and efficiently with heavy lifting and load securing. We comply with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:11 for work equipment and protection.

Who is the training for?

Anyone who willbe using lifting equipmentandlifting gear, whether it bea traverse, mobile crane, tower crane, or to connectthe lift and load coupling, must have documented knowledge. This includes personnel who work with everything from heavy machinery to more complex lifting equipment. Oursafe lifting trainingis designed to provide participants with the skills they need to perform their work safely and efficiently.

The course is aimed at those who work with heavy lifting – directly or indirectly. You may be securing the load yourself, signaling to the crane operator, using a crane, or working with transport and handling.

It is also suitable for those who are supervisors or safety representatives in industry, construction or logistics.

What will you learn in this course?

Oursafe lifting coursecovers boththeoretical and practical knowledge. Participants will learn about:

  • Laws and regulationsgoverning safe lifting, including the latest updatesin accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulation AFS2023.
  • Correct methods for inspecting, selecting, and usinglifting devices and lifting equipment.
  • Risks and risk assessment for different types of lifting.
  • Signaling and communication during lifting operations.
  • Handling and correct use ofpersonal protective equipment (PPE)and generalwork equipment and personal protective equipment safe use.

After completing the training, participants receivedocumented knowledge, which proves that they arefamiliar with the workand have the necessary skills.
